- In Vitro Fertilization
- Alternative cures and medicines

Staying healthy and active is the best way to ensure your infertility is preventable. Your diet and exercise regimen should center around becoming pregnant, and increasing your body's ability to produce the correct chemicals and hormones that cause pregnancy. Also, having sexual intercourse right before or on the day of ovulation can significantly increase your chances of getting pregnant.
